Advanced Paving Co. was originally awarded the project with the lowest bid of $255,385. However, the Seagoville City Council rescinded the award of the bid after council members viewed photos of local streets that were recently paved by Advanced Paving Co.
The current phase of the Hall Street Paving Improvements is the milling process – the removal of the old asphalt which helps to maintain current drainage patterns and/or reveal at the gutters.
