Four Fugitives On Kaufman County Most Wanted

KAUFMAN – The Kaufman County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of four individuals on its Most Wanted list for September, 2016.

All calls to the Kaufman County Crime Stoppers are anonymous and eligible for a cash reward if the tips are directed through the crime stoppers organization. Tips can be made by phone at 1 (877) 847-7522 or online at

The following men are listed on this month’s Most Wanted poster:

Rob Roy Waldron, 22, is wanted on a felony warrant for assault to family member or household member which impedes breathing or circulation.

Orlanda Licea-Lorenzo, 33, is wanted for assault and family violence, a third-degree felony.

Bradley Dale Mitchell, 37, is wanted for not registering as a sex offender, a third-degree felony.

Timothy Shawn Smith, 41, is wanted on a warrant for not registering as a sex offender annually for life.

Individuals should not attempt to apprehend any of the listed suspects themselves and a reward would not be paid to anyone involved in such action. Also, the listed warrant information was correct/current when published, but may no longer be correct at the time of publication. Warrants and charges are always verified before arrest.
